Fresh off the release of their newest single “The Fonk”, we got the opportunity to sit and speak with John Calanchini of Art and the Resistance. For those out of the loop, Art and the Resistance are a California-based band that describe their eclectic sound as PolyRock. Made up of keyboardist John Calanchini, fiery drummer Jeremy Bridgman, and forceful bassist Gilbert Machuca (Art's brother), they’ve created a special new sound that legitimately sounds like nothing we’ve heard.
