There’s a story behind each skintrack that hints at the creator’s motivations and approach to the mountains. If you see enough skintracks, you’ll notice shared styles begin to emerge until, eventually, you begin to think of the track-setters as artists and the mountains as a canvas, with a whole range of strokes scrawled across the snowy landscape.
