Line a 12-count muffin pan with cupcake liners and set aside.In a large mixing bowl, prepare the cupcake mix according to the instructions on the box.Fill cupcake wells and bake cupcakes according to instructions on box. Let cool completely.When cool, cut a small core out of each cupcake and fill with about 1/2 tsp-1 tsp red raspberry jam.Frosting: Combine butter and cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer (or you may use an electric mixer) and beat until creamy, well-combined, and lump-free. Add vanilla extract and salt and stir well to combine.
