A short discussion did however take place which will be available to view on this page shortly Dr Ellis Tinios is Honorary Lecturer in the School of History, University of Leeds, where he taught East Asian History from 1978 to 2002, Research Associate in the Japan Research Centre, SOAS, University of London, and Special Assistant to the Japanese Section of the Department of Asia, British Museum. His first lunchtime talk on Japanese wood block prints took place in January 2007 when it was immediately decided that he should be invited to return.
