Arthritis Awareness Month, Handling Back-to-School Germs, and Time to "Go Simplified"

from The Morning Brew with Andrew Schultz · host Corus Radio

Seven-in-ten Canadians are concerned about getting arthritis or worried that they may already have it. September is “Arthritis Awareness Month”, we took the opportunity to explore the latest treatments and resources available in Canada with Trish Barbato, President and CEO of the Arthritis Society.   Back-to-School means back to the ‘sniffles’, coughs and colds that come with the new ‘season’. What, if anything, can be done to safeguard our homes from the “pipeline” of germs coming our way? We get some tips from Dr. Ted Jablonski, our ‘on-call family physician’.   Fall is on the horizon, so now is the time to get organized before the cold weather comes to town. We catch up with Calgary-based Professional Organizer Meghan Golightly for some advice on how to cut down on the clutter and embrace the “letting go” of all your useless stuff.
