20 years ago, an average citizen thought Artificial Intelligence (AI) was something from a sci-fi movie that was a fictional portrayal of what the world will look like in our lifetimes. Today, workers from nearly all sectors that require valuable skill sets like writing, food service, and other industries are seeing their jobs succumb to some form of AI technology essentially cutting them out as the middleman.
