Welcome to another edition of Po Politickin. In this episode, we politick with Wrongking rapper, producer, and engineer V8. V8 was born and raised in Pasadena, CA and got involved in the street life as a teen, when he became a member of the Pasadena Denver Lane Bloods. At 19 he was hit with a 2 year prison sentence and some time after his release starting focusing on his music full-time. About 3 years ago he caught the attention of Mitchy Slick who took interest in his musical style and made him an official member of Tha Wrongkind. Since then, V8 has put out 4 or 5 mixtapes, the most recent being "Pasadena State of Mind." Within the last year or so he became a certified music engineer, so on top of rap he also produces, mixes, and masters a lot of his own music. His next release under Wrongkind Records will be "Under the Influence," which is due out July 14th.
