Artistically Speaking

Conversing is easy for me with a creative mind. Lately Martin’s been working on his Safari of animals but he has big plans for the summer and classes for children and adults and anyone that wants to learn to unlock their creative mind. Our conversations are always as colorful as any artist paint palette. For the talented artist, the craft seems to come very easy, but I really thought as we talked that there’s something creative in everyone maybe painting is not your forte maybe your skills are in the kitchen or decorating, or maybe even photography. But there is no doubt about it when the artist is allowed to fly free unmatchable joy is apparent. Complete satisfaction is experienced by the creator, as well as the appreciator.. I love the sensible approach to creativity that Martin has. When I finally stepped into a real art studio aside of the one that I have in my home, I experienced a completeness I have taken long breaks from art for a variety of reasons that adults stop creating for, mine was raising my family, but I still expressed it in painting, ceramics and crafts for my home. If there’s not an outlet, the Artist is very unhappy. Eversince Martin left the military base and got in his own space he was able to flourish. When two creative minds meet there is something big in the making. I am looking forward to the summer months there are definitely some exciting things brewing in the Flint community for the artist.
