As Doctors, We Are Experienced Professionals - But As Business Owners, We Are Babies (An Episode To Give You Hope)

After our live event I have a lot of thoughts that want to share with all of you!   There were so many lessons I learned from the experience.    Some of these came from our keynote speaker, Kevin Vandi.    Like the ability to step outside of the box (your ideal life). Understanding that sometimes you have to step outside of your ideal life to keep it that way.   I also learned about how young we all are. Many of us are under 40 and that is a baby when it comes to business. So patience is essential to winning this long game.   My big final lesson is the importance of surrounding yourself with people who have batteries in their back. The live events help us charge each other in a sense. We give each other energy by just being together and talking about our profession.
