The need to be a part of something bigger, grander, more significant than ourselves is a natural part of our existence. IMHO The cultural shift away from meaningful work, hard work and self sufficiency has marred the fabric of our American ethos. The confused silence which marks the responses of too many college students where asked ‘In what ways do you contribute to society’ speaks volumes. Leaders should not only be busy contributing but also empowering those they influence to identify and activate their greatest opportunities to contribute as well.” J Loren Norris Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV ______________________________ Leading Leaders Podcast is a short but impactful leadership video, blog and podcast distributed 5 days a week by J Loren Norris to promote faith, family and freedom in the face of a global leadership drought.
