ASA FAILS ITS TRANSFORMATION TARGETS AGAIN

from General Sports Hosted by SABC Sport

About nine out of 19 sports federations in the country have met 50% of their transformation targets according to Minister of Sports Tokozile Xasa. She was commenting in Pretoria during the sixth release of the Eminent Persons Group report which focuses on the transformation scorecard in South African sport. For the third time in a row, Athletics South (ASA) Africa has failed to meet 50% of its targets and previously this has been caused by lack of data mainly coming from their development programmes.
