Donny Dunn (played by Richard Gadd) deals with a woman stalker, while struggling with his sexuality and dealing with repressed grooming and SA trauma. These things did happen to Gadd in real life, but the show is billed as "A TRUE STORY", leading audience members to believe that they could trust most of what they saw on screen. Gadd emphasized that he did all he could to hide the identity of "the real" Martha, Fiona Harvey, as she was a mentally ill victim who'd been dismissed by a careless system.
