Vidcast: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DIMg-ugOtZp/The company is recalling the hinge tracks for these windows as the metal sliding arm can disengage from the hinge track, causing the window sash to fall and create an impact injury hazard. Affected are 10-inch and 14-inch two-bar casement windows with lot numbers with markings “R10,” “L10,” “R14,” and “L14.”About 200,000 units were sold nationwide through residential and commercial window manufacturers and service parts providers from April 2024 through January 2025. Keep these affected windows closed and locked. Contact AmesburyTruth at 1-844-329-9697 or at the email [email protected] to schedule a free inspection by a qualified professional. If the hinge tracks are found to have the manufacturing defect, they will be replaced at no cost.https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2025/AmesburyTruth-Recalls-Ashland-Casement-Window-Hinge-Tracks-Due-to-Impact-Injury-Hazard#ashland #casement #windows #impact #injuries #recall
