Olives are grown on trees, and they can be grown for serving as a table fruit or for producing oil. There are over a dozen types of olives...An olive has quite a few nutritional benefits,..one cup of black olives can provide about 40% of your daily recommended value of copper, about 25% of iron, and about 15% of vitamin E. They also make a great garnish for a martini...just ask James Bond.
