Porque todos los seres humanos necesitan más que nunca aprender a quererse, amarse y valorarse. Primera razón: Muchos de nosotros venimos de una experiencia de vida donde a muy pocos nos educaron sobre este tema, porque nuestros padres tampoco los educaron sobre este tema. Y ACLARO ALGO: Y la autoestima no es específica de las mujeres, la autoestima corresponde a todos los seres humanos, hombres y mujeres en las distintas etapas de su vida: bebés, niños, adolescencia, adultez y vejez.
