Gaston lets executives and founders of rapidly-growing start-ups achieve great results from a place of inspiration and purpose. He helps his clients to gain self-mastery, tap into their own strengths and unite people around a common vision. Employing a personalized coaching style inspired by mindfulness, conscious communication and neuroscience, he allows clients to expand their perspective, see blind spots and connect with what really matters to them. His work experience in over 30 countries across industries and businesses in Africa, Asia, Middle-East, North-America and Europe allows him to listen deeply without judgment and to propose valuable new perspectives. He learned entrepreneurship in the trenches himself and has founded several companies. Since 2008, he has been living in Asia and has been a coach at the Asian Leadership Institute for the last 8 years. He is an advocate for conscious capitalism, an active entrepreneur and is a board member of several non-profits. Passionate about rock climbing and having trekked the 5 months Great Himalaya Trail, he knows how to bring clients to their growth edge. He is fascinated by learning how the mind works and uses himself as an experiment during regular meditation retreats and his daily yoga practice.
