PRAY Overview Sometimes asking for help can be the easiest thing in the world, whereas other times it can seem like the hardest. Yet people from all sorts of beliefs and worldviews find themselves instinctively crying out to a ‘higher power’ when they have discovered the limits of their own humanity. Jesus taught that there is a ‘higher power’ who is actually a loving Father. One who invites people to ask for help – not just for the hard and heartbreaking stuff, but for the daily stuff of life.
