In this episode we learned a few things about Berlin. As always Steven got to read some German sentences about it and tried to translate them into English. Here are the sentences again: Berlin ist die Hauptstadt Deutschlands und zugleich ein Bundesland. Berlin is the capital of Germany and at the same time a federal state. Berlin wurde vor fast 800 Jahren gegründet. Berlin was founded almost 800 years ago. Zwei Flüsse fließen durch die Stadt, die Spree  und die Havel. Two rivers flow through the city, the Spree and the Havel. Die erste deutsche U-Bahn wurde 1902 in Berlin eröffnet. The first German underground was opened in Berlin in 1902.
