Ask for Referrals

Now, if they're not licensed, you can't offer them a commission, that makes sense, but you can say, "Hey, I live my whole career off of the referrals of friends and neighbors and past clients. Would you please send me just one person who's looking to buy or sell a house?" Go ahead and make the ask. So many people in life don't ask for the business. Don't be one of those people.
