Rob has also served on boards and commission such as: Judicial Performance Commission, Colorado Springs Pride Center, Armed Services YMCA, Southern Colorado Black Barber Association, African American Voice Juneteenth Festival and, the El Pomar Black Advisory Council, RTD Affordable Task Force, Denver Workforce Investment Board, Department of Regulatory Agency Collateral Consequences. Rob has started a local non- profit organization to address issues in underserved neighborhoods called the One Voice Coalition.
