Ask Me Anything: When to give which badges, adult health forms, and how long are badges supposed to take?

This episode is based on a couple of questions from Facebook recently... Elizabeth wants to know: "Do you give the membership star at the end of the year or the beginning of the year?" Beckie wants to know: "My kid bridged to Brownies this past spring. She's completed some fun patches during the summer as well as has worked on a Brownie journey and badges, too. Can I put the fun patches on her Brownie uniform or do we still have to put them on her Daisy uniform until fall hits?" Another Elizabeth wants to know: "Adult health forms: do we need them for leaders and volunteers? We are just doing meetings at the library and outings for 3-4 hours. Nothing crazy." Nicole wants to know: "How do you know how many meetings a badge is supposed to take? Can you earn them in one meeting if you do all the requirements or is the multiple meeting to earn the badge necessary for the girls to think and plan the activities?"
