By doing so, he was able to not only save himself dozens of hours each week in travel, which could be used to better effect in business, but also to be closer to the action, enabling him to strike more quickly when opportunities arose.  Rob’s first real investment came from the “Bank of Family”. If you decide to go down this route, then it’s important to treat it like a normal financial agreement, with data and research to show how that money’s going to be used, as well as accurate forecasts about when they’ll see their money back, along with any interest.  In order to fast-track the property sourcing process, Rob advises working on your network, expanding wherever possible. Also, generating as many leads as possible is crucial.   It’s good to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
