Rob & Rob are back to offer their advice to two more listeners!   (0:45) Alan has two buy-to-let properties in Nottingham and is considering investing further in the near future. He’s curious to know if he should diversify his portfolio by investing in a different location and turns to Rob & Rob for their advice.  (3:45) Pete bought a property at auction two years ago, already tenanted, with plans to renovate it while the tenant stayed. He now needs to sell as his circumstances have changed, however he never got the tenant to sign a new lease under his name.
