I am writing because our residents, vendors, and small business owners deserve transparency regarding recent changes surrounding the City’s July Fourth event and decisions that impacted local vendors and entrepreneurs. During initial planning meetings attended by City representatives, community leadership, and event partners, it was communicated that The Market in Floresville would coordinate vendor operations through a partnership involving the event....
