Asking For What You Need 🔥

As I was on the drive home from boxing class the other night I received an insight into myself of another edge that exists within me. I noticed myself NOT asking for and communicating to my boxing partner what I want, need and desire. Then I noticed myself getting (internally) very angry when what was being given to me was not at all what I wanted 🥵As I witnessed myself I saw my anger turn into frustration, then resentment and then external projection 😳😤 It was almost an epiphany moment, another space, another edge to explore, another realisation of exactly where I AM the block to my own receiving.
