In this episode, we answered a question from Dunstan regarding his struggling in selling his house in Kuching.   A few suggestions I made would be to first determine what is the motivation of selling? Is it from a financial perspective? This will influence most of the decision.   Second, then to have a better commission for agents or to engage more of them.   Last would be to stage the property. A fresh coat of paint would make a lot of difference.
