In this episode, I've addressed concerns from my email regarding what will happen to the property market after covid?   Let's look at the facts, interest rates are lower than ever. And the demand for housing will always be there, in fact the rental demand might go up as most of will postpone our decision to purchase a property. Supplies of new properties are also declining, which means supplies are going down as the demand remains.  So I would say that the property price is either gonna be stagnant or going upwards.
