ASKING SEAN #125 | CONVENIENCE IS MY TOP PRIORITY

Today we will be addressing a question regarding the switch of investing into an apartment close to the office to a landed home after discussing with the boyfriend.   I drew out scenarios between buying a home far away from CBD, and travelling everyday through the traffic congestion versus living in the city for the mean time. There's also a confusion about landed property prices that only will increase in price.  Anyway, I've always been against couples sharing their purchase together and I think she should get her own unit first. Then share the landed house later. If they require both names to get financing then it means it's way beyond their affordability.
