In this episode, our audience shared about her property price is lower than the price she bought several years back. Hence in this episode, I highlight two parts to the answer. One is to prevent these kinda situation from happening.  Another part would be to salvage from the loss.  But truth to be told, it's really nothing much that we can do as an individual to increase the property price. We can only try our best to increase the rental rates so it will be appealing to investors.
