Here's what Gregg has to say about his new business CookSchool is my newly launched business. I'm dedicatedto fostering a love for food and culinary creativity across all ages.  Located in the heart of Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, my mission is to provide enriching food education through bespoke private events, pop-up experiences, and hands on cooking classes.  I am passionate about reducing food waste, championing the use of surplus ingredients, and promoting climate-conscious menus and recipes.  By empowering our community with sustainable cooking practices, I aim to inspire a healthier, more environmentally responsible approach to food.
