In honor of National Women's Health Week, today's podcast episode focuses on issues that men and women face with reproductive health. Our guests for this discussion are Drs. Kelly Lynch and Patricia Bailey. They discuss the importance of parents having conversations with their children about reproductive health issues, no matter their age. Parents often face obstacles in discussing sex and menstruation with their children, and children can get information from many sources, including the internet. To combat this, the doctors suggest having an open and honest conversation with children, asking what they know about these topics, and using current events as opportunities to bring up important issues like consent.
