Developed by Ubisoft Bordeaux and published by Ubisoft, Mirage is set in 9th-century Baghdad, one of the largest, most populated and bustling city found in the Middle Ages and follows Basim, a cunning street thief with nightmarish visions, seeking answers and justice. After an act of deadly retribution, Basim flees Baghdad and joins an ancient organization – The Hidden Ones. Basim is first met as a Hidden One in AC Valhalla (eleven years rafter the events of Mirage). Assassin's Creed Mirage is scheduled to release for Amazon Luna, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on October 5, 2023, and iOS on iPhone 15 Pro models in early 2024.
