In this video, Brian shows you how to win a debt collection case with the focus on missing assignments and missing data extensions. Using the documents the debt collection company gives you, Brian shows you what to focus on to show a broken chain of title or missing extensions that are really electronic chain of titles with a missing data link. Technical stuff that hopefully will ease your way to show the court the Plaintiff does not own the debt and you should win your case and have the debt eliminated.
