With over 20 years of experience, he leads A&M’s Operations Group in Los Angeles, specializing in pre- and post-acquisition operations assessment and integration. His primary areas of concentration include post-merger integration, carve-out planning and execution, due diligence, IT strategy, systems integration, and interim management.Throughout Jeff's career, he has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, such as professional services, gaming, software, media, and sports. Jeff has a proven track record of leading initiatives that meet or exceed financial targets, leveraging technology to enable business performance.Some of his notable accomplishments include leading the sell-side analysis and separation execution of a $1+ billion carve-out of a multinational gaming technology company, managing all aspects of the separation process. Jeff also played a key role in the diligence and creation of a premier mortgage origination and auto lending fintech joint venture.
