Assurance and Instructions for a New Beginning

Say Hi2 Chr. 20:14-17Three nations came together to make war against Jehoshaphat. It was, no doubt, a terrible situation for Jehoshaphat - V.1-2.Though alarmed, Jehoshaphat responded by inquiring of the Lord and proclaimed a fast for all Judah - V.3 - 13.In response to their prayer, God spoke through Jahaziel to encourage and assure Jehoshaphat and Judah of victory.Though it was a vast army that came against them, God gave Jehoshaphat and Judah victory over their enemies.The same God is still on the throne and He will do same for you and I this coming month,  and the rest of this year in Jesus' Name. A.   THE ASSURANCES AND INSTRUCTION FOR A           NEW BEGINNING1.         Do not be afraid or discouraged - V.15, & 17bPP: Reject fear and discouragement in Jesus' Name.  2.         The battle is not yours - V. 15.PP: Ask the Lord to take over your battle and fight for you in the month of August and the rest of 2019.   3.         March against them tomorrow - V.16.*PP: Receive boldness/faith to move forward.   4.         You will not have to fight this battle - V.17PP: Praise Jehovah the man of war.   5.         Take up your positions - V.17.*PP: Lord, help me to take my position in the place of prayer.   6.        Stand firm and see the deliverance of the Lord - V.17.*PP: Declare that you will see the deliverance of the Lord in August and the rest of this year.   7.        Go out and face them tomorrow - V.17.*PP: Receive courage to face the enemy of your soul in August and the rest of this year in Jesus' Name.   8.        The Lord will be with you - V.17.PP: Ask the Lord to be with you every second, every minute, every hour, every day in the month of August and the rest of 2019. B.         JEHOSHAPHAT AND THE PEOPLE’S RESPONSE TO GOD’S                 MESSAGE : V18 - 21. C.         FULFILLMENT OF GOD’S PROMISE - V.22-30.It doesn’t matter the size of your foes or the magnitude of your challenge tonight. Our God is more than able to handle all of them.
