Two lifelong Aston Villa fans take a light-hearted look at the highs & lows of supporting the world's best football team.The new Villa manager Steven Gerrard continued his impressive start to life at his new club with a second win a row. Villa were well organised and creative going forward in a highly impressive 2-1 victory at Crystal Palace. The Eagles, who were unbeaten at home this season, created little as Villa's defence and midfield held firm. Frankie and George have high praise for the midfield three of Marvelous Nakamba, Jacob Ramsey and John McGinn, who all worked incredibly hard to protect the defence and provide chances for the attackers. They also recognise the contributions of the ageless Ashley Young, Leon Bailey and Ollie Watkins in the front three.
