Astral Projection

Astral projection is a form of out of body experiences, a phenomena when one's spiritual body separates from the physical body. Many people describe travelling to different countries, planets, periods of time as well as alternate timelines. There are also warnings of grave danger if you do it without being careful. So what is astral projection? What do people experience when we do it? Is it simply an elaborate dream, or a new way to travel the world? We also have a personal story of our dear friend Andy over at Spooky Island Radio.
