Astrano S1 E11 Colon Cleanse

Hi family! This podcast we are talking about colon cleansing. The month of March we are discussing all matters 'healing the body' with cleanses and healthy lifestyle tips. These are all our own personal opinions and if it doesn't resonate with you - please disregard it. This human journey is incredibly personal and we only want to shed light on the truth that we have found in our personal journey's. When we start healing the body and mind from the inside out we can experience elevated states, more lightness, less cloudy thoughts, the organic mental and physical state - HEALTH - that we should naturally experience... We always want to start cleansing the physical body with the colon first because if we attempt cleansing other organs first we risk re-toxifying the body as the colon cant fully clear out the toxins of other organs if it itself is not clean. We are not medical doctors and do not claim liability for any cleanse you choose to take. Please go to your doctor before changing your diet/ taking any supplement. Please do ample research if you choose not to go to your doctor (you are mostly at risk if you have underlying health conditions!!) and know you could be putting yourself in unsafe conditions. Trust your intuition.
