Astrology for the Soul October 23, 2024

Sometimes it's hard to let go of dreams,  And what I thought life would be.  But the more I deepen my spirit practice,  I see this is best for me. ☉ "This" as in "the current time/space/people and events that are happening in your life that is. I recall the old saying, "You don't know what's good for you," and I never believed it, but the more life experience I gain, the more I see that sometimes, when we're not being mindful, we don't! Sometimes, we're just asleep at the wheel and going along with what others need/want or what we've been told we need/want until there comes a time (like now with Mars in Cancer, etc.) when it doesn't work and we're not happy. When this happens, we will feel hurt, let down, lost, miserable, and sad. That is until we sit still, breathe, close our eyes and focus on our third eye, go into deep meditation and/or chanting, and listen inwardly to the calling of our soul. We need to still the voices running rampant in our head, the push and pull of others and their expectations, the guilt and/or shame that have pushed us to make decisions not in alignment with our truth, and ask Great Spirit what the best pathway forward is. When we do this and align ourselves with our inner guidance, it brings a calm sense within. We feel centered and can relax, open our hearts to what is around us, and enjoy the moment we are experiencing without fears and doubts clogging our minds and arteries. The Mercury/Neptune/Jupiter Yod is calling us to this, the Sun in Scorpio with Venus in Sag squaring Saturn in Pisces is calling us to this, and Mars trine Neptune in Pisces is calling us to this also. It's all over the place! So the next time things don't go your way, rather than fuss about it, talk to Spirit and find out why!
