Hello June- as we near the half way mark of 2021! WOW what a ride so far this year has become!! Moon in Pisces today is asking for empathy and compassion for all of humanity as democracy is being challenged again and again by the GOP, and dictators around the world. *Meditation practice today focuses on the loving/kindness thoughts we can silently repeat to ourselves. As we see pro athletes and royalty sharing their mental anxieties in order to help others too afraid to share or fear of the stigma. The time is now to start acknowledging the mental health of our society, especially the youth, as we begin to heal from a global pandemic that left many with dead family members.*
