Kiran Vedantam Senior Loan Originator, Keynote Speaker, has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate at Kirans and Associates Realty LLC , and many years of experience in Mortgage Loans. Kiran talks about the importance of ideas for starting a business and why you must implement those ideas as soon possible so you don't go in pause mode. Kiran mentions that the main thing is to figure out how to scale products and services and how to market yourself. Kiran mentions that students should have consultations with their mentor's before actually executing their plan to start the business. Students must have clear vision before they put their plan into action. Students can absolutely pitch their idea to forums to see what others say and how they react. Kiran believes that any idea you have should not be a secret. Kiran says its about persistence to make an idea actually come to reality. Anyone who really wants to thrive and do what they have planned they will make all their efforts go live instead of going in vain.
