Asuntomarkkinoilla on ollut hiljainen alkuvuosi. Myyntiaikoja on kasvattanut vähäisen kysynnän lisäksi asuntokauppojen ketjuuntuminen. Asuntokaupan odotetaan piristyvän loppuvuotta kohden, kun korkojen nousun ja reaaliansioiden laskun odotetaan taittuvan. Runsas rakentaminen kasvattaa asuntotarjontaa vielä tänä vuonna pitäen hintakehityksen maltillisena, vaikka suurimman tiputuksen ennakoidaan olevan jo takanapäin.
