Content Warning  This episode of Doin time contains audio images of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who have died and graphic discussion of deaths in custody. On this week's show you first heard an interview with David Glanz fromthe Refugee Action Collective about its latest media release, "Football players need a level playing field and so do all Iranian refugees".  We discussed Rac's call along with other refugeeorganisations for the Government to grant permanent protection for all asylum seekers fleeing the the Islamic Republic of Iran.  Finally, we had a big yarn with Kelly Flanigan, First nations Acitivist  and member of Figjam Collective and Karen Fletcher ceo of Flat out about the Victorian Government's Correction Amendment Bill 2026 "No air in prison bill" which overrides the Victorian Human rights Charter.  Kelly's lived experience of prison and her trauma about fresh air being taken away from her  was also discussed.       The Victorian Charter of Human rightswas discussed in more detail.
