Async Firebase - Jovo V2

Jovo V2 requires code base updates of function calls, especially those that are asynchronous. Firebase is a real-time database offered by Google that uses asynchronous calls in some of our applications with jovo for voice apps. Migrating requires us to add in some async and await calls using nodejs and jovo V2.
