Angela explains, "Through a patient's health system portal, they can get online and take a clinical interview. Then they answer several clinical questions about what care they're looking for, what care they're seeking that day. Then that's sent to a provider at their health system in an easy-to-review chart note. So the provider can review the chart note, make a diagnosis, and a treatment plan.
