Yesterday’s launch of Abandon Harris marks an important new step for the campaign, and sends a clear message that working people and the antiwar movement should not have faith in Kamala Harris, who will be no less of a warmonger than Joe Biden. Just last week, the Biden-Harris administration approved $20 billion in new weapons to the Israeli military—the largest Israeli military aid package in history. As Jill Stein said at the press conference, U.S. military aid to Israel is costing each American household $12,000 per year on average—money that should be spent on free healthcare, quality affordable housing, and things that working people need.
