At the Gates Verse 1: Here I stand before Your holy throne, I will not wait till time itself is done to lift Your praise. Lord, be glorified—Your love upholds my soul. Lord, be magnified—Your presence lifts my spirit. Verse 2: I am the apple of Your eye, for You have made it so, I lift Your name on high, for You are sovereign over all. Lord, I cannot deny, You are my light within the darkness, Take my heart, for Your mercy sustains my soul. Pre-Chorus: At the gates, my soul shall rise in praise to You, Beneath the clouds, I will rejoice in Your holy name.
