About Leigh: Leigh Cuen is a writer and editor currently working at Forbes with more than a hundred freelance writers publishing content related to fintech and bitcoin. She is the co-founder of both the nonprofit Association of Cryptocurrency Journalists and Researchers (ACJR) and Des Femmes, a bitcoin-savvy community that enabled scholarships, professional networking and educational programs for hundreds of women. Her own journalism work has been published by Bitcoin Magazine, CoinDesk, TechCrunch, Vice, Playboy, Business Insider, Newsweek, Teen Vogue, Al Jazeera English, The Los Angeles Times, The Jerusalem Post, and many others. She also orchestrated the first anthology of women’s writings about bitcoin, Cypherpunk Women, which is available for free online or in paperback via Bookbaby.com.
