Her company is ‘moving money at the speed of energy’ by using the Lightning Network, a Bitcoin layer 2 technology, to drive efficiency in the energy market payment infrastructure. Synota provides near-instant billing and settlement for energy companies and their customers, minimising counterparty risk and freeing up cash-flow for energy suppliers.
