I’m very excited to get into rent to rent.“I have a question on a little story that you told going back to 2016 when you first walked into a letting agent. You explained what you did and asked whether or not the agent would put you in touch with their ‘introduction only’ landlords. “You also talked about whether an agent would work with you on a ‘fully managed basis’.“My question is, what does ‘fully managed’ actually mean in terms of the relationship between you and the letting agency.
